Dear EAPL members,

as you noticed, we held elections for the positions of (1) Treasurer of the EAPL board, (2) Ombudsperson, and (3) Financial Auditor. We had five excellent candidates for the positions. We want to thank all who voted, we had a good election turnout with 83 votes. So without further ado, here comes the results.

Treasurer (% votes):

Ombudsperson #1 (% votes):

Candidate: Anica Prosnik

Yes: 65 (78.31%)

No: 12 (14.46%)

Abstention: 6 (7.23%)

 

Ombudsperson #2 (% votes):

Candidate: Julia Shaw

Yes: 62 (74.70%)

No: 12 (14.46%)

Abstention: 9 (10.84%)

 

Financial Auditor #1 (% votes):

Candidate: Jelena Zumbach

Yes: 68 (81.93%)

No: 6 (7.23%)

Abstention: 9 (10.84%)

 

Financial Auditor #2 (% votes):

Candidate: Siegfried Sporer

Yes: 60 (72.29%)

No: 13 (15.66%)

Abstention: 10 (12.05%)

 

We would like to congratulate André as the new Treasurer of the EAPL board, Anika and Julia for being our first Ombudspersons of the EAPL, and Jelena and Siegfried for being appointed as Auditors for the upcoming financial reports.
